Local and regional not-for-profit and NSW Health organisations involved with Home & Community Care and incorporated association governance reforms.
1990s
Home & Community Care reforms across not-for-profit, local and state government entities.
2000s
Aged care, retirement village and not-for-profit reforms; state peak body governance for providers and consumer organisations.
2010s
Church governance through aged care reforms; federated peak body merger into national entity; national sector alliance governance.
2020s-
Supporting a range of aged care organisations with governance and leadership challenges; representation on advisory bodies for Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission and NSW Minister for Seniors; leadership of national peak bodies including ACSA, Meals on Wheels Australia and Meaningful Ageing Australia.
This practical experience has been supplemented with formal courses via the Australian Institute for Company Directors and participation in multiple conferences on governance and leadership as a delegate and presentations as a speaker.
